From Consultation to Your Dream Straight Smile
FREE In-surgery Assessment with Experienced Dentist
Your experienced cosmetic dentist will assess your smile and take 3D scans using our advanced iTero scanner to create a personalised treatment plan. Photos of your current smile will guide you through your transformation, and after your assessment, you'll receive a tailored plan detailing treatment time, costs, and finance options.
Treatment Plan and ClinCheck®
Once you're ready to move forward with Invisalign, your cosmetic dentist will schedule your ClinCheck. Through 3D simulations with ClinCheck® treatment software, you'll see your Invisalign results and the final outcome. Your dentist will review your treatment plan, detailing each step, including any necessary attachments and IPR, and clarify the process and scheduling.
Start Treatment
One of our skilled clinicians will precisely fit your aligners and provide essential guidance on their care. You will leave with your aligners and the responsibility of changing them weekly. Either at this appointment or follow up appointments attachements will be placed (tooth-colored attachments that securely hold the aligners for precise tooth movement). If needed, we may perform IPR (interproximal reduction) to create space for adjustments, a safe procedure that involves gently removing a small amount of enamel with no harm or sensitivity to your teeth.
Monitor and Reviews
Every 6-8 weeks you will be reviewed by your dentist to ensure your Invisalign journey is on track and that your teeth are moving into the desired position. If you are suitable, you can track your results using Invisalign Visual Care. This allows you to upload images and videos of your teeth, and using AI , determine if you’re on track on your journey or if adjustments are need by your dentist.
Finish Invisalign Treatment
Our commitment extends beyond treatment. Once satisfied, we expertly remove attachments and custom-fit your retainers. Retainers prevent natural tooth shifting, with options for removable or fixed retainers. We schedule a follow-up six months after treatment to ensure your smile remains perfect.

This means that during each treatment stage, only specific teeth are permitted to shift, following the Invisalign treatment plan designated for that phase. How long does the Invisalign treatment take?
The duration of Invisalign treatment is unique to each individual. It typically ranges from 6 to 24 months, with the specific time line influenced by the complexity of your bite alignment. However, for certain cases, treatment may extend beyond this range. It's important to emphasise that consistent adherence to wearing your aligners as instructed is key to staying within the estimated treatment time. Failure to comply with the recommendations may extend the treatment duration.

How much does Invisalign cost?
The cost varies depending on each case and how complex your Invisalign treatment is and how many aligners you may need. Costs vary from £2,500 to £4,999, which will be detailed in your personalised treatment plan.
How often do I have to change my aligners?
You will be sent home with a range of aligners to change every 1-2 weeks.
Is the Invisalign treatment painful?
Invisalign uses gentle pressure to gradually shift teeth into their desired alignment. Therefore, it's common to experience discomfort when transitioning to new aligners. Fortunately, any discomfort typically subsides within a few days.
Do I have to wear retainers after I finish?
Yes, it is recommended to wear your retainers for a month as normal once you finish your Invisalign treatment, and then every night after to ensure your new smile stays in place. Teeth will want to push back into their original position, so we recommend wearing your retainers every evening.
Will my speech be effected?
Your speech may be temporarily affected during the initial days of wearing aligners as your mouth adapts to them. However, this typically resolves within 3-5 days as you become more accustomed to the aligners.
How often do I need to see the dentist?
You will be booked in to see your dentist every 6-8 weeks to monitor the movement of your teeth and ensure you are on the right track of your Invisalign treatment. If suitable, you will be offered to use Invisalign Virtual Care AI to track the progress of Invisalign from your own home.
Can I eat normally with aligners?
Yes, you can eat normally whilst having Invisalign treatment. Remove your aligners when eating and rinse both your mouth and retainers after eating.

Invisalign Open Day is being held on Saturday 12th April 2025. Deposit of £20 is required when booking your Invisalign Open Day Appointment. The £20 deposit will be redeemable off your Invisalign treatment and if you choose not to go ahead, this will be refunded. Invisalign at home teeth whitening is included at the end of your treatment. £500 off your Invisalign treatment is not available with any other existing discounts and it off the total treatment cost. £500 discount is not transferable and is only available on the day (12th April 2025).
